Reclaim Your Life:
Find New, More Satisfying Ways to Work and Live

As a Career and Life Coach, I work primarily with professionals in mid-life, “successful” individuals in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s who want more from life. Although my clients don’t know what their new life will look like, they do know they want to:

  • Use more of their potential
  • Explore new possibilities
  • Be more proactive in creating a life they love

Do any of these scenarios speak to you?

  • My friends and family think I have a great job, but I’m bored, unhappy, and dread going to work. Although I look successful, I can’t imagine still doing this in 2 years.
How can I find the courage to leave?
How do I begin to find a career that will be more satisfying and a better fit for me?
  • I’ve always “fallen into” jobs. I’ve never really planned a career and now I’ve got 10 years into this career path and don’t even like it. I’m feeling ready to take charge of my career direction, but I’m not sure where to begin.
How do I get started?
  • It seems like I’m always busy—too busy. I work hard but still feel overwhelmed. I don’t seem to have much time for myself, fun, or family and friends.
How can I get some control and balance back in my life?
How can I make myself more of a priority?
How can I live life with more ease and less struggle?
  • I’m tired of working for big companies where I’m just putting in my time and pulling a paycheck. Sometimes I dream of having a job where I’m appreciated and could really make a difference somehow.
How can I find a job/career that will be meaningful to me?
Where else can I work where I’ll fit in and feel more comfortable?

If any of these resonate with you, it’s time to reclaim your life. With coaching support and personal clarity, you can discover much more satisfying ways to work and live.

How I Work with My Clients

In my coaching experience, one approach does not fit all.

Instead, you and I work together, in partnership, to design a customized coaching plan that will be most effective for you. We’ll begin by talking about what you want to achieve working with a coach. Then we’ll decide on an approach and format for our work together.

Although each client focuses on his/her own personal goals, I have seen my clients experience a wide variety of results, including:

  • Greater clarity around career and life direction
  • Increased confidence and momentum in pursuing a new career or job
  • More self-awareness and greater insight into what they need to thrive in their career and life
  • Support and guidance in pursuing how to transition into a new business while still employed
  • Techniques and strategies for coping with their current job while exploring new career options
  • Goal-setting, time management and life planning skills
  • Renewed enthusiasm, energy and joy in their daily lives
  • Increased focus and ability to stay on track
  • More time and energy for relationships, hobbies, interests and family life

I work with clients locally and across the US, as well as with a small number of international clients. Most of my work is through one-on-one sessions, usually by telephone. Day and evening appointments are available to accommodate a variety of schedules and time zones.
